Do I have to enter SL every day for Multiday, Positional, and Investment Ideas etc.?

Yes, you will have to enter it every day, because that is how most exchange /broker terminals are designed. Certain brokers offer you some extra service like GTT order in the case of Zerodha, which allows you to place a long-term stop-loss.
